39' Cutter, liveaboard, bluewater cruiser for sale in Westholme, British Columbia

The short version
Hull was built in by folkes, previous owner completed, including epoxy the inside of the hull before spray foam. The mast and boom were built and installed in by US Spars, featuring in-mast mainsail furling, and harken roller furling for the genoa, as well as a new staysail in bag. The standing rigging is all new heavy stainless.
engine is a yanmar 27hp with 12 Hrs on it.
Electrical was all installed in to marine code, with bluesea panels for ac and dc. There is also a w inverter / 150 amp charger, galvanic isolation system, hot and cold water, seperate enclosed shower(not yet complete) parts supplied.
The boat is essentially all new, aside from needing the woodwork in the cabin sanded and varnished and the hull painted. It has only ever been sailed from the mainland over to the island and was stored on the hard since then.
She needs a good cleaning and a bit of elbow grease, however the electrical, engine, rigging etc are all brand new.
